Aon pioneering use of BPM solutions

Aon, in conjunction with the August Group, is pioneering the use ofbusiness process management (BPM) solutions and industry repositories inthe insurance sector.

Focusing primarily on the claims management area, Aon and August Groupbelieve the London insurance market needs to standardise documentation,manage document content better across the board, and automate manualprocesses where possible.

Aon worked closely with August Group to implement one of the largest BPMprojects in Europe to date
